  • Crisis protocols: Hazel offers on-demand crisis consultation for schools. Through this service, students and school staff gain immediate access to a specifically trained crisis therapist who works to de-escalate the situation, ensure student safety, and determine next steps. While Hazel has a recommended protocol for crisis consultation, they tailor it for each implementation – aligning with a school’s existing model as closely as possible to prevent role confusion in a moment of crisis.

No individual information is shared during reporting, only aggregate data related to services delivered by Hazel Health. Referrers can access a password protected dashboard to view the status of their referrals.
