Soluna is a free, safe, and confidential mental health service designed to support youth mental health care. Available 24/7 through any internet-connected device, Soluna eliminates transportation barriers and long wait times by providing immediate access to self-guided tools, peer support, and professional counseling or coaching. By offering these services at no cost to users, Soluna removes financial obstacles that often prevent young people from seeking help.

  • Crisis protocols: Soluna Practitioners are trained to escalate risk as it is identified. When risk is identified, Practitioners are expected to de-escalate, support the creation of a well-being plan, and/or provide additional crisis resources to help address the crisis or risk. Imminent crises or risks are reviewed by a Licensed Counseling Professional who helps with situational guidance, next steps, and any statutory reporting as needed.
